Costco has special pricing available to members, recently announcing valuable incentives that include a $1,000 discount on the purchase of any new 2021 or 2022 Chevy Silverado models. These awesome incentives are also available on the Tahoe, Suburban, Silverado HD, Chevy Colorado, Blazer, Equinox, Traverse, and Trailblazer models.

The refreshed 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 lineup features some awesome choices in the engine lineup! Three of them are gas motors that include a turbocharged 4-cylinder along with two naturally-aspirated 8-cylinder Small Blocks, and the fourth is a class-leading, industry-favorite turbo-diesel Duramax inline-six.

All four of these are carried over from the 2019-2021 Chevy Silverado, and if you are looking for something on the smaller side, you need to check out the turbocharged 2.7-liter engine. Starting at the base level of offerings, the 2.7-Liter I4 L3B turbocharged gas engine made its first appearance in the fourth-generation 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 and 2019 GMC Sierra 1500. Many contractors, off-roading enthusiasts, and rig lovers will appreciate its 348-lb ft of torque at 4,000 RPM, as well as the torque boost from 348 to 420.

This engine uses technology used in diesel engines that [...]

Models equipped with the 3.0-Liter Inline-6 LM2 turbo diesel Duramax now can tow an additional 4,000 pounds, topping out at 13,300. With the max tow package, proud Chevy owners will now be able to haul much more in conjunction with a two-wheel-drive configuration. All 2022 Silverado models equipped with 4-wheel drive and the 6.2-Liter V8 L87 will also have a 13,300-lb towing capacity. Drivers can also choose the 2.7-Liter Inline-4 L38 gas engine (which now has 20 percent more torque) or the always-mighty 5.3-liter V8 L84.

Last week, Chevy revealed the first-ever 2022 Silverado ZR2 during the NFL season opener with an awesome 60-second commercial with an all-star cast. It featured five well-known celebrities to give the truck the shine it deserves.
Platinum-selling artist Breland highlighted the elevated design of the truck on the set of a Hollywood-style video shoot.

Chase Elliott needs no introduction. The NASCAR Cup Series Champion pulled his boat out of the lake with the Silverado’s world-class trailering technology.

Chad Hall is one of the most well-known off-road racers and precision engineers there is, and he showed just how much dust this amazingly engineered machine can kick up when it hits the dirt road.

Chris Pratt demonstrated how valuable the eight available cameras onboard are, tracking down some missing cattle while his adorable cat watched from a distance.

The 2022 Chevy Silverado pickup trucks have always been very sought after, and now even more than ever before. With abundant sunshine, opportunities to catch up on work or just to head out snd show every other car on the block who’s boss, lift kits, towing stats and aftermarket add-ons mean much more fun and value for summertime.

Both the 2022 Silverado 2500 and 3500HD pickup trucks now offer new heavy-duty options for one of the most important tasks any truck owner does for business OR pleasure: loading up the bed. GM brought its first Multi-Flex tailgate to life on the GMC Sierra AT4 last year, but when it comes to the Silverado you won’t need a higher trim level to add this all-powerful and utility-oriented feature. You use your hand to fold [...]

A prototype for the 2022 Chevy Silverado was recently spotted on the road, as it seems it was not that entirely long ago that we were checking out the all-new Chevy Silverado 1500 pickup and it’s bold styling. This video offers a close-up preview of the expected changes, even through the camouflage is heavy in presence from the front and rear. It appears that redesigned LED headlamps will replace the current lenses, and the design element bearing cutouts from the fenders is said to be ditched for a two-light arrangement like what is seen on the larger Silverado HD.

Even with the heavy camouflage at the rear, some experts taking a close look with all of us here at Jim Butler Chevy of St. Louis think that this incoming model will see a version of GMC’s MultiPro tailgate, which boasts two tailgates in one, basically turning your tailgate into stairs with speakers also available [...]
