The 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 at Jim Butler Chevrolet
Jim Butler Chevrolet is excited to show off the new 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 on the lot in St. Louis. The 2014 Chevy Silverado may look similar to the 2013 model but don’t be fooled because this pickup is more efficient, more comfortable, and more powerful.
The 2014 Chevy Silverado is All-NEW and redefines the image of the Chevy Silverado. The 2014 Silverado underwent a few changes to the exterior of the vehicle and had some updates added to the interior. The headlamps have a newer design, the grille is bigger, and the hood is made of aluminum. There is now a step tucked into each corner of the bumper which allows for easy access to the bed of the truck.
The 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 has a trio of new aluminum-block EcoTech3 engines which include a 4.3-liter V-6 and two V-8s, also the small-block 5.3-liter V-8 and the 6.2-liter V-8. All engines are mated to General Motors’ six-speed automatic transmission and features GM’s cylinder deactivation system and dubbed Active Fuel Management.
The interior of the 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 provides plenty of space and storage room including a double glove box with a lock. 2 inches of additional legroom have been added in the second-row for better comfort. The newest version of MyLink, Chevrolet’s infotainment system, and the option of either a 4.2-inch or 8.0-inch center stack screen have also been added to keep you connected on the roads in St. Louis. MyLink comes standard with Bluetooth streaming and hands-free calling.
